Job summary

Bachecalavoro is seeking a fully remote Italian-speaking customer support specialist to work from anywhere in Greece. The role provides full relocation support, paid training, and a competitive salary package.

You will assist customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries, and document interactions in our CRM. Shift rotation 08:00–00:00, 14 monthly salaries, and a performance bonus up to 15% are part of the package.

Qualifications

Job Details

Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
