WW Talents cerca un Operatore di Supporto Clienti in italiano per fornire assistenza tramite telefono, email e chat da remoto. Il ruolo prevede orari su turni e formazione iniziale pagata, con possibilità di transizioni tra le sedi italiane e greche.

La posizione offre una retribuzione di €1.045 lordi al mese per 14 mensilità, bonus fino al 15% legato agli obiettivi e un pacchetto completo di relocazione. Il lavoro è completamente remoto in Grecia, con supporto al trasferimento.

Qualifications

• Competenza fluente in italiano a livello C1/C2.
• Buona conoscenza dell'inglese a livello B2+ per training e comunicazioni interne.
• Spiccate capacità comunicative e relazionali.
• Approccio customer-focused ed empatico.
• Ottima attenzione ai dettagli e inserimento dati accurato.

Responsibilities

• Fornire supporto clienti in italiano tramite telefono, email e chat.
• Gestire richieste e domande relative agli account.
• Risoluzione problemi e fornire soluzioni efficaci.
• Assistere i clienti con prodotti, servizi e funzionalità della piattaforma.
• Documentare le interazioni con precisione e mantenere standard di qualità.
• Mantenere un alto livello di soddisfazione del cliente.

Job Details

Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Compensation:€1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries +Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement +Fully paid training from day one
Relocation Package:Flight ticket +2 weeks of hotel accommodation+Airport pickup +Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.


• Handle customer inquiries and account-related requests.


• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.


• Assist customers with products, services, and platform features.


• Document interactions accurately and follow quality standards.


• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
