WW Talents cerca un operatore di assistenza clienti per fornire supporto in italiano tramite telefono, email e chat. Si gestiscono richieste legate agli account, si risolvono problemi e si documentano le interazioni nel CRM, mantenendo alta la soddisfazione del cliente.

Ruolo 100% remoto da Grecia con pacchetto di relocation completo e formazione totalmente pagata fin dal primo giorno; lingua richiesta: italiano C1/C2, inglese B2+. Retribuzione competitiva.

Formación

• Fluente in italiano (C1/C2) e buone competenze in inglese (B2+).
• Ottime capacità comunicative e di ascolto.
• Esperienza in assistenza clienti e uso CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Forniire supporto clienti in italiano via telefono, email e chat.
• Gestire richieste e problemi relativi agli account.
• Individuare soluzioni efficaci e documentare le interazioni.
• Supportare clienti su prodotti, servizi e funzionalità della piattaforma.
• Mantenere elevato livello di soddisfazione del cliente.

Job Details

Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+Compensation:€1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries +Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement +Fully paid training from day one
Relocation Package:Flight ticket +2 weeks of hotel accommodation+Airport pickup +Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and account-related requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Assist customers with products, services, and platform features.
• Document interactions accurately and follow quality standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
