FH Collective - Academy is offering a fully remote position based in Greece with a complete relocation package. The role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) for training and internal communication.

You will handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat, while supporting onboarding and platform usage. Compensation includes €1,045 gross per month paid across 14 salaries, with a performance bonus up to 15% and fully paid training from day one.

Job Details

Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
