Requirements include Italian C2/C1, English B2, and eligibility to relocate to Lisbon with rotating shifts. The package includes fully paid training and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (C2/C1) and proficient English (B2).
• EU right to work required.
• Eligible to relocate to Lisbon and work rotating shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Be the main point of contact for clients ensuring a smooth customer journey.
• Assist customers with questions, queries and information as needed.
• Support customers with issues to ensure prompt resolution.
