You must be fluent in Italian (C2/C1) and English (B2+), have a customer‑centric mindset, and be available for rotating shifts. Accommodation is provided for eligible projects.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (C2/C1) and English (B2 level or above).
• Customer-centered approach and problem solving.
• Availability to work on rotating shifts.
• Valid right to work in the EU.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support over the phone, email and chat.
• Be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey.
• Assist customers with questions, queries and information they might require.
• Support customers with issues, problems or claims and elevate as appropriate.
