Velenosi&Meredith in Lisbon is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to support large international projects. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat, serving as the main contact to ensure a seamless customer experience and journey.

Ideal candidates are native Italian or advanced, with English at least B2, strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and availability for rotating shifts. EU work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Italian native or advanced level (C2/C1) required.
• Good level of English (B2 or above).
• You are a problem solver and can work in a fast paced setting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Available to work on rotating shifts.
• You have a valid right to work in the EU.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support over the phone, email and chat.
• Be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey.
• Assist customers with questions, queries and information they might need.
• Support customers with issues and problems to ensure a prompt resolution.
