Candidates should be native Italian or advanced (C2/C1), have English at least B2, and be able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with rotating shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey.
• Assist customers with questions, queries and information they might need.
• Support customers with issues and problems to ensure a prompt resolution.
