Job summary

Velenosi&Meredith is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists for international projects based in Portugal (Lisbon/Porto). You will provide support to clients over phone, email and chat, and handle queries about services and subscriptions.

This role offers relocation assistance and an apartment included in the package, with health insurance and meal allowance. Full-time hours with rotating shifts and two weeks of paid training.

Qualifications

• Italian language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Good knowledge of English at B2 level or higher.
• Valid right to work in Europe (EU passport, EU ID card, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Support to clients over phone, email and chat.
• Answer questions and queries about services and subscriptions.
• Assist customers with possible issues or changes they might need to make
