We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e-mail / phone calls.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: On-site (Must be in Portugal or relocate)

Relocation Support offered for international candidates

It includes:
  • Reloation assistance (flight reimbursement)
