CBTALENTS in Malta on-site is looking for Italian Speaking Airline Support Agents to help customers across phone, social media, chat, and email channels. You will handle inquiries related to various airline services and maintain high standards of service.

Required are native Italian and English, strong communication skills, and prior customer care experience. ECDL certificate is preferred, with a rotating schedule across Mondays to Sundays and a clear path for career growth.
