CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian Speaking Airline Support Agent for on-site Malta operations to assist customers with queries across phone, chat, social media, and email.

Fluency in Italian and English, strong communication skills, and prior customer care experience are required. A rotating schedule (Mon-Sun) is expected, with a relocation bonus, KPI bonus up to €2,500 annually, and language allowance of €3,000 annually.

• Native-level fluency in Italian and proficient English.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Previous customer care experience is essential.
• Computer literacy; ECDL certificate preferred.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
