CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Airline Support Agent for a full-time, on-site role in Malta. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails, delivering professional solutions and ensuring satisfaction.

A relocation bonus and clear career growth opportunities are offered. Requirements include native Italian, fluent English, strong communication, prior customer care experience, and computer literacy (ECDL preferred).

Competenze

• Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, writing, and listening skills.
• Previous customer care experience is essential.
• Computer literacy; possession of an ECDL certificate is preferred.
