CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Airline Support Agent to join its Malta-based team. You will handle inquiries via phone, social media, chat, and email, delivering responsive service and professional support to travelers. A relocation bonus and clear career growth path accompany this full-time on-site role.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian with strong English, has customer care experience, and is flexible to work a rotating schedule. ECDL certification is a plus.
