CBTALENTS in Malta is seeking Italian-speaking airline support agents to handle customer inquiries across phone, social media, chat, and email. This full-time, on-site role requires native Italian and fluent English, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

You will work rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, with relocation support and career growth opportunities; benefits include gym packages, mobile schemes, staff discounts, on-site parking and canteen, and a KPI bonus up to €2,500

Competenze

• Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
• Previous customer care experience is essential.
• Computer literacy; ECDL certificate is preferred.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday.

• Provide solutions and support over multiple communication channels.
