CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian Speaking Airline Support Agent for a full-time, on-site role in Malta. You will handle queries across phone, chat, social media, and email, delivering high-quality customer service with professionalism.

The ideal candidate is a native Italian speaker with English at least B2, strong communication skills, and prior customer care experience. A relocation bonus and career growth opportunities await.

Competenze

• Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
• At least 1 year of customer care experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy; ECDL certificate preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with a wide range of airline-related queries.
• Provide solutions and support across multiple channels (phone, chat, social, email).
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Conoscenze

Fluency in Italian
