CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Airline Support Agent to assist customers with airline-related queries across phone, social media, chat, and email. You will deliver solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction on a full-time, on-site basis in Malta.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and English, has excellent communication skills, and prior customer-care experience. ECDL certification is preferred; rotating schedules may apply, and employees receive career-growth

Competenze

• Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, writing, and listening skills.
• Previous customer care experience is essential.
• Computer literacy; ECDL certificate preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with a wide range of airline-related queries across multiple channels (phone, social, chat, email).
• Provide solutions and support ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records and help resolve issues promptly.
