CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Airline Support Agent to assist customers with airline queries via phone, social media, chatbox and email. The role is based on-site in Malta with full-time hours and rotating shifts.

Native Italian and English proficiency are required, plus prior customer care experience. This position offers career growth, relocation bonus, and a KPI-based bonus while enjoying benefits like parking and staff discounts.

Competenze

• Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
• Previous customer care experience is essential.
• Computer literacy; possession of an ECDL certificate is preferred.
