Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to own end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions within enterprise environments. You will design, build, and deploy complex AI systems on the Agentforce platform, including agent logic, tool calls, and multi-agent orchestration.

You’ll lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, and set engineering standards that scale across customer engagements, partnering closely with Deployment Strategists to translate business challenges into ship-ready AI

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience in enterprise AI/SaaS environments.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Expertise in at least one of Python or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including logic, tool calls, and orchestration.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews and pair sessions.
