Tavrion Dynamics seeks fluent Italian speakers for its Customer Care team in Lisbon. You'll handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear information and empathetic support to create positive experiences across channels.

Eligibility to work in Portugal and willingness to relocate to Lisbon are required. The role offers a 12-month contract with full-time work (40 hours/week) on rotating 8-hour shifts, plus flight ticket reimbursement, health insurance, and free Portuguese language

You'll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
