WW Talents cerca un Senior Customer Support Representante che operi onsite ad Atene, in Grecia. Sarai parte di un team internazionale fornendo supporto in italiano tramite telefono, email e chat e contribuirai a risolvere questioni legate a piattaforme e prodotti.

Competenze

• Livello di italiano fluente (C1/C2).
• Inglese B2+ per la formazione e la comunicazione interna.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente.

Mansioni

• Fornire supporto clienti in italiano via telefono, email e chat.
• Rispondere a richieste e risolvere problemi degli account.
• Assistere i clienti con domande su piattaforma, prodotto e servizi.
• Risoluzione problemi e offrire soluzioni efficaci.
• Gestire richieste con efficienza mantenendo alta soddisfazione.
• Documentare interazioni nel CRM e nei sistemi interni.
• Seguire standard di qualità e produttività stabiliti.
• Aiutare i clienti a comprendere la piattaforma e le funzionalità disponibili.

Position:Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:Athens, Greece - Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:€1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required - full paid training is provided
