WW Talents cerca un/una Customer Support Representative che parli italiano per lavorare onsite ad Atene, in Grecia, in un ambiente internazionale.

Offriamo formazione retribuita, pacchetto retributivo competitivo e pieno supporto al relocation, inclusi biglietto aereo nell'UE, trasferimento in aeroporto e alloggio. Il ruolo prevede supporto via telefono, email e chat, gestione richieste e documentazione in CRM.

Competenze

• Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano (livello minimo C1/C2).
• Buona padronanza dell’inglese (minimo B2) per training e comunicazione interna.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e di relazione con i clienti.
• Orientamento al cliente, empatia e problem solving.
• Capacità di inserire dati in CRM con precisione.
• Disponibilità a lavorare su turni rotativi nel contesto internazionale.

Mansioni

• Assistenza ai clienti italiani via telefono, email e chat.
• Gestione richieste, problemi di account e domande sui servizi.
• Supporto sulle funzionalità della piattaforma e sui prodotti.
• Documentare correttamente le interazioni nel CRM e sistemi interni.
• Rispettare standard di qualità e produttività stabiliti.

Position:Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:Athens, Greece - Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:€1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
• English B2+for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required - full paid training is provided
