WW Talents cerca un/a Customer Support Representative che parli italiano, da inserire onsite ad Atene, Grecia. Lavorerai in un team internazionale e multiculturale gestendo richieste via telefono, email e chat.

È previsto training completamente pagato, pacchetto retributivo competitivo e supporto completo per il relocation (biglietto aereo entro UE, transfer dall'aeroporto e sistemazione in hotel). Turni rotativi con retribuzione mensile lorda di 1.045,72 euro e bonus fino al 10% in base alle

Competenze

• Italiano fluente richiesto (livello C1/C2).
• Buone capacità comunicative e attenzione al dettaglio.
• Preferibile attitudine al lavoro in team internazionale.

Mansioni

• Fornire supporto clienti in italiano tramite telefono, email e chat.
• Gestire richieste e problemi relativi a account e servizi.
• Aiutare i clienti con piattaforme, prodotti e funzionalità.
• Documentare accuratamente le interazioni nel CRM.

Position:Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:Athens, Greece - Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:€1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
• English B2+for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required - full paid training is provided
