WW Talents cerca un/una Customer Support Representative madrelingua italiana da impiegare onsite ad Atene, Grecia. Verrà fornita formazione completa e supporto al relocation per trasferimento nell’UE, con orario di 5 giorni/settimana e turni rotativi.

Il ruolo prevede supporto via phone, email e chat, gestione richieste e documentazione su CRM. Si richiede italiano fluente e inglese per training e comunicazione interna, con salario competitivo e pacchetto di relocation.

• Fluente in italiano (C1/C2).
• Inglese livello B2+ per training e comunicazione interna.
• Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.
• Orientamento al cliente e problem solving.
• Disponibilità a lavorare su turni rotativi e in ambiente internazionale.

Mansioni

• Fornire supporto clienti in italiano via telefono, email e chat.
• Rispondere a richieste e risolvere problemi legati agli account.
• Assistere i clienti con l'uso di piattaforme, prodotti e servizi.
• Troubleshooting e proposte di soluzioni efficaci.
• Gestire richieste in modo efficiente mantenendo elevata soddisfazione cliente.
• Documentare accuratamente le interazioni nel CRM e sistemi interni.

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Athens, Greece - Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation: €1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

You will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
