WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international Athens team onsite. You will provide support in Italian via phone, email and chat, helping customers navigate the platform and resolve issues.

This role offers paid training, a full relocation package within the EU, and a salary of €1,045.72 gross per month paid across 14 salaries plus a performance bonus up to 10%.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced international team.
• No previous experience required; full paid training provided.
