WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Athens, Greece. You will handle Italian customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate problem resolution and high satisfaction.

The role offers fully paid training, a competitive salary package (€1,045.72 gross per month with 14 salaries) and a complete relocation package across the EU, including flight, hotel, and assistance.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) required.
• English at least B2 for training and internal communication.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a multicultural team.

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Athens, Greece - Onsite
Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation: €1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat


• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues


• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions


• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions


• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For
