WW Talents cerca un addetto all'assistenza clienti che parli fluentemente l'italiano per lavorare onsite ad Atene, Grecia. Sarai parte di un team internazionale e offrirai supporto via telefono, email e chat.

La posizione prevede formazione retribuita completa, bonus di performance e un pacchetto di relocation completo (volo entro UE, transfer aeroporto, alloggio e oneri agenzia immobiliare). Turni rotativi e ambienti multiculturali sono parte integrante del ruolo.

Competenze

• Fluente in italiano (C1/C2).
• Inglese a livello B2+ per training e comunicazione interna.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e attenzione al cliente.
• Mentalità orientata al cliente e problem solving.

Mansioni

• Prestare supporto al cliente in italiano via telefono, email e chat.
• Gestire richieste e risolvere problemi relativi a account, piattaforme e servizi.
• Documentare accuratamente le interazioni nel CRM e sistemi interni.
• Mantenere standard di qualità e produttività stabiliti.
• Aiutare i clienti a comprendere la piattaforma e le sue funzionalità.

Position:Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:Athens, Greece - Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:€1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For
