WW Talents è alla ricerca di un/una Customer Support Representative che operi in italiano presso la sede di Atene, in Grecia, onsite. L’opportunità offre formazione retribuita, pacchetto salariale competitivo e supporto completo al relocation.

Responsabilità: fornire assistenza in italiano via telefono, email e chat, risolvere questioni relative a account e prodotti, e documentare ogni interazione nel CRM, mantenendo standard di qualità elevati in un team internazionale.

• Italiano fluente a livello C1/C2.
• Inglese B2+ per training e comunicazioni interne.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
• Orientamento al cliente ed empatia.

• Capacità di gestire richieste in modo professionale ed efficiente.

Mansioni

• Fornire supporto professionale in italiano via telefono, email e chat.
• Rispondere a richieste e risolvere problemi relativi agli account.
• Assistere i clienti con domande su piattaforma, prodotto e servizio.
• Risoluzione di problemi e fornitura di soluzioni efficaci.
• Gestire richieste in modo efficiente mantenendo alta soddisfazione.
• Documentare accuratamente le interazioni nel CRM e nei sistemi interni.
• Seguire standard di qualità e produttività stabiliti.
• Aiutare i clienti a comprendere la piattaforma e le funzionalità disponibili.

Position:Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:Athens, Greece - Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:€1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
• English B2+for training and internal communication
