WW Talents cerca un Customer Support Representative che parli italiano fluentemente da inserire onsite ad Atene, Grecia. Opportunità internazionale con formazione pagata e supporto completo al relocation.

Il ruolo prevede assistenza ai clienti italiani via telefono, email e chat, gestione di richieste, troubleshooting e documentazione nel CRM. Nessuna esperienza pregressa necessaria: formazione completa fornita.

Competenze

• Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano (livello C1/C2).
• Inglese a livello B2+ per training e comunicazione interna.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e interpersonali.
• Approccio orientato al cliente e capacità di problem solving.
• Capacità di gestire richieste in modo professionale ed efficiente.
• Attenzione al dettaglio e precisione nell'inserimento dati.

Mansioni

• Fornire supporto clienti professionale in italiano via telefono, email e chat.
• Rispondere a richieste e risolvere problemi legati agli account.
• Assistere i clienti su piattaforme, prodotti e servizi.
• Troubleshooting e fornire soluzioni efficaci.
• Gestire le richieste mantenendo alti standard di soddisfazione.
• Documentare accuratamente le interazioni nel CRM e nei sistemi interni.

Position:Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:Athens, Greece - Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:€1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
• English B2+for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
