Il candidato gestirà richieste in italiano via telefono, email e chat, assisterà i clienti su piattaforme e servizi, e registrerà le interazioni nel CRM, mantenendo alti standard di qualità.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) required.

• Eccellenti doti comunicative e orientamento al cliente.
• Capacità di problem solving e troubleshooting.

Mansioni

• Fornire supporto ai clienti in italiano via telefono, email e chat.

Join an international team as anItalian-Speaking Customer Support Representativeand work onsite in Athens, Greece in a dynamic, international, and multicultural environment.

Whether you are already in Greece or considering relocating from another EU country, this opportunity offerspaid training, a competitive salary package, and full relocation support.

Position:Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:Athens, Greece - Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:€1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
• English B2+for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
