WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Athens, Greece. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering clear, helpful responses while maintaining a high level of service.

No prior experience is required as full paid training is provided. The role includes a full relocation package, 14 salary payments per year, and a performance bonus up to 10%.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) requirement.

Position:Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:Athens, Greece - Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:€1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
