WW Talents in Athens is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. The role focuses on delivering excellent Italian-language support via phone, email, and live chat in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

You will receive comprehensive paid training and full relocation assistance, including EU flight, airport pickup, hotel accommodation, and real estate support.

Position:Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:Athens,Greece – Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day withrotational shifts
Compensation:€1,100 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto15%+Fully paid training+ Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

As anItalian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For
