WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Athens, Greece. This onsite role combines career growth with a Mediterranean lifestyle, featuring paid training, a competitive salary package, and full relocation support.

Salary is €1,100 gross per month paid over 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus of up to 15%. You will provide Italian-language support via phone, email and chat, handle inquiries, document interactions, and maintain

Your Responsibilities

As anItalian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
