Job summary

Hotelspeaker is seeking an Account Executive to own and grow a defined European market, building strategy, opening doors with hotel groups, and closing complex deals. You will travel for roadshows and events, with remote work from Europe and occasional visits to our Barcelona office.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales to hotels, a hunter mindset, and proven ability to manage long cycles with multiple decision makers.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian, plus professional English.
• Proven SaaS sales experience in the hotel industry.
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting targets and closing deals end to end.
• Experience selling to hotel groups and chains with long cycles and multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the go-to-market plan for your market.
• Prospect and close new business across independent hotels and hotel groups.
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles with group directors and owners.
• Qualify and forecast deals using MEDDPICC.
• Grow existing customers through upsell and cross-sell.
