Bachecalavoro cerca collaboratori di supporto clienti in Italia per operare da casa e trasferirsi in Grecia. L’offerta include relocation support e formazione completa sul tools di customer care.

Il ruolo prevede lavoro da remoto 100% in Grecia, orario lunedì–venerdì con turni 08:00–21:00 e bonus di produttività fino al 15% mensile; onboarding retribuito e training professionale fin dal primo giorno.

Competenze

• Fluenza in italiano (madrelingua o livello C1).
• Buone competenze di inglese (livello B2).
• Disposto a trasferirsi in Grecia.
• Buone doti comunicative e competenze informatiche di base (min 25 WPM).
• Valido passaporto UE o diritto legale di lavoro in UE/Grecia.

Mansioni

• Forniire supporto di alta qualità ai clienti di lingua italiana via chiamate, email e canali back-office.
• Aiutare i clienti con tracciamento pacchi, pianificazione consegne, reclami, fatturazione e quesiti tecnici.
• Garantire soluzioni empatiche ed efficienti nel rispetto degli standard di qualità.
• Escalare casi complessi ai supervisori quando necessario.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and back-office channels.
• Assist clients with parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.
• Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions adhering to quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (Native or C1 level).
• Good English skills (Minimum B2 level).
• Readiness to relocate to Greece.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills (typing speed min. 25 WPM).
• Valid EU Passport or legal right to work in the EU/Greece.
