Bachecalavoro is seeking Italian-speaking professionals to relocate to Greece and join an international support team. You will work 100% remotely from anywhere in Greece and receive full onboarding and training on customer care tools and systems.

The role offers a fixed Monday to Friday schedule (08:00–21:00 rotative shifts) with weekends off, a base salary of €1,100 gross per month, and a productivity bonus of up to 15% based on performance.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian (Native or C1)
• Good English skills (Minimum B2)
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM; basic computer skills
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and back-office channels.
• Assist clients with parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.
• Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions adhering to quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
