Bachecalavoro cerca operatori di supporto in italiano da trasferirsi in Grecia, con lavoro 100% da casa. Relocation support incluso; formazione completa fin dal primo giorno; stipendio base di 1.100€ lordi al mese.

Orario lunedì-venerdì (08:00-21:00 turni), weekend off; bonus produttività fino al 15% mensile; assistenza e onboarding completo.

Competenze

• Fluenza in italiano (madrelingua o livello C1)
• Buone competenze in inglese (minimo B2)
• Disponibilita' a trasferirsi in Grecia
• Buone capacità comunicative e digitazione 25 parole al minuto

Mansioni

• Supporto ai clienti italiani tramite chiamate, email e canali back-office.
• Assistere i clienti su tracciamento pacchi, programmazione consegne, reclami, fatturazione e quesiti tecnici.
• Offrire soluzioni empatiche ed efficienti conformi agli standard di qualità.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and back-office channels.
• Assist clients with parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.
• Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions adhering to quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (Native or C1 level).
• Good English skills (Minimum B2 level).
• Readiness to relocate to Greece.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills (typing speed min. 25 WPM).
• Valid EU Passport or legal right to work in the EU/Greece.
