Bachecalavoro cerca operatori di supporto clienti madrelingua italiana per lavorare da casa e trasferirsi in Grecia.

Supporto relocation, lavoro 100% remoto in Grecia, formazione completa sin dal primo giorno e stipendio base di 1.100€ lordi al mese, con bonus produttività fino al 15% mensile. Orario: lunedì–venerdì 08:00–21:00, turni rotativi; weekend liberi. Opportunità di crescita in team internazionale e assistenza visti/alloggio.

Competenze

• Fluenza in italiano (madrelingua o livello C1).
• Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (livello minimo B2).
• Disponibilità a trasferirsi in Grecia.

Mansioni

• Fornire supporto di alta qualità ai clienti italiani via telefono, email e canali back-office.
• Assistere i clienti con tracciamento spedizioni, pianificazione consegne, reclami, fatturazione e query tecniche.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and back-office channels.
• Assist clients with parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.
• Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions adhering to quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (Native or C1 level).
• Good English skills (Minimum B2 level).
• Readiness to relocate to Greece.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills (typing speed min. 25 WPM).
• Valid EU Passport or legal right to work in the EU/Greece.
