Bachecalavoro is seeking Italian-speaking professionals to relocate to Greece and join an international support team. Work remotely from anywhere in Greece with relocation support and full training.

Handle customer care via calls, emails, and back-office channels, assisting with parcel tracking, billing, and inquiries. Monday–Friday shifts with weekends off and a 100% remote setup.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian (native or C1) required.
• Good English skills (minimum B2).
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills (typing speed min. 25 WPM).

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and back-office channels.
• Assist clients with parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.
• Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions adhering to quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
