Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking professionals to relocate to Greece and join a global logistics brand’s international support team. This is 100% remote from Greece with relocation support and full onboarding.

You’ll handle customer care for parcel tracking, scheduling, and billing, while maintaining high empathy and quick resolution. Strong Italian and good English are required, plus EU work rights and readiness to move.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian at native or C1 level.
• Good English skills at least B2 level.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy (25 WPM).
• EU passport or legal right to work in EU/Greece.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and back-office channels.
• Assist clients with parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.
• Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions adhering to quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
