Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking support professional to relocate to Greece and join a global logistics brand’s international team. The role offers 100% remote work from anywhere in Greece with full relocation support and initial training from day one.

The position includes a base salary of €1,100 gross per month and a productivity bonus of up to 15% monthly, with a 08:00–21:00 rotating schedule and weekends off, Monday to Friday.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian (Native or C1).
• Good English (B2).
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• EU passport or valid right to work in EU/Greece.
• Typing speed minimum 25 WPM.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and back-office channels.
• Assist clients with parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.
• Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions adhering to quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
