Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking professionals to relocate to Greece and join an international support team for a globally recognized logistics brand. You will work 100% remotely from Greece and receive full relocation support with training from day one.

The role offers a base salary of €1,100 gross per month plus a productivity bonus up to 15% based on performance. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 rotative shifts, weekends off, with paid onboarding to train you on

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian (Native or C1)
• Good English skills (B2)
• Ready to relocate to Greece
• Strong communication and basic computer skills (typing speed min. 25 WPM)
• Valid EU Passport or right to work in EU/Greece

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and back-office channels.
• Assist clients with parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.
• Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions while adhering to quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
