Cross Border Talents is offering an Italian-speaking role to relocate to Greece and join an international support team for a global logistics brand. You will work 100% remotely from Greece with full relocation support and training provided from day one.

The role centers on Italian-language customer care via calls, emails, and back-office channels, including parcel tracking, scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian (native or C1) is required.
• Good English skills (minimum B2).
• Readiness to relocate to Greece.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills (typing speed min. 25 WPM).
• Valid EU passport or legal right to work in the EU/Greece.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and back-office channels.
• Assist clients with parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.
• Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions adhering to quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
