Job summary

MSX International is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I to join our team. You will deliver an excellent customer experience through telephone and email support, ensuring customer needs are addressed efficiently and professionally.

The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound contacts, resolve questions and complaints, guide customers on processes and product information, and liaise with sales and internal teams while maintaining accurate records and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma is required.
• Experience in a Customer Service, Support or Contact Centre environment.
• Experience handling customer communications via phone and email.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone and email.
• Resolve customer questions, concerns and complaints.
• Provide guidance on processes and product-related information.
• Support sales-related enquiries and direct requests to the appropriate teams.
• Perform customer research activities when required.
• Conduct mystery calls to monitor service quality.
• Communicate customer needs and outcomes to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
