MSX International in Rome is seeking a proactive Customer Experience Specialist who speaks French and Spanish to join our team as an intern. You will manage customer inquiries, make and answer calls, and communicate via email, following company policies.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, in a hybrid Rome setup (3 days in the office, 2 days at home). This role offers an opportunity to grow in the automotive field in an international environment.

Competenze

• Fluent level of English, French and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer contact is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience planning complex schedules of activities.

Job Description

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist (French AND Spanish Speaking)to join our team in Rome.

As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, make and answer calls and communicate via e-mails. Your key tasks will be:

• Answering customers inquires via ticket system or phone calls;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups;
• Applying the procedures in compliance with the company's standards and policies.

Qualifications

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results.

The ideal candidate has:

• Computer literacy, especially MS Office;
• Fluent level ofEnglish, French and Spanish;
• Previous experience in contact with customers is a plus;
• Great problem-solving and communication skills;
• Experience of planning complex schedules of activities.
