Job summary

Mouser Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Milan team. You will process orders and quotes, assist customers with catalog information, and ensure high service levels across international orders.

The role requires 1-2 years in customer service, strong communication in Italian and English, and proficiency with MS Office. A dynamic team environment and cross-cultural collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role.
• Strong customer service mindset with high quality standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian and English.
• Proficient in MS Office; other systems a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple currencies in international orders.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, quotes and catalog information for customers.
• Provide information on product availability and lead times.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Identify cross-selling and upsell opportunities and promote products.
• Expedite orders and monitor delivery dates and quality.
• Support other Mouser teams as needed.
