AVEC Human Resources Services is seeking Italian-speaking customer support professionals to handle interactions via email, live chat, social media and outbound calls, becoming product specialists who troubleshoot, process replacements and answer usage questions.

The role includes performing age verification when needed, registering product consumption, and driving engagement while using a suite of internal tools.

Competenze

• Italian C1 or native.
• English B2 for training and internal communication.
• Strong written communication — clear, concise, professional.
• Ability to multitask across channels and tools.
• Typing speed of 25 wpm or more.
• Comfortable working with products in the tobacco/smoking‑related industry.
• Previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Mansioni

• Handle customer interactions via email, live chat, social media and outbound calls.
• Become a product specialist and help users with troubleshooting, replacements and usage questions.
• Perform age verification when needed.
• Make outbound calls to register product consumption and boost engagement.
• Work with a full ecosystem of internal tools (BMS, Zimbra, Teams, Infinity, Zendesk and more).
• Support customers who purchased innovative products and need guidance or updates.
