Abercrombie & Kent in Milan is seeking a Junior IT Workplace Administrator to deliver frontline technical support for the Milan office and contribute to the regional IT Workplace team across the EMEA region.

The role covers onboarding/offboarding, asset management, system maintenance, and collaboration on regional projects while ensuring clear documentation and SOPs for staff. Fluency in English and strong organizational skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• Experience supporting Windows OS and Microsoft 365, enabling productive work
• Experience managing iOS and Android devices across corporate environments
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Mansioni

• Support and incident management via service desk, phone, email, Teams and in person
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding including hardware/software provisioning
• Maintain asset and user lists; lifecycle management of hardware assets
• Ensure system maintenance with regular hardware servicing and software patching/updates
• Assist with regional IT projects and system upgrades; propose improvements
• Create and maintain clear technical docs, SOPs and training guides
• Monitor key systems and support AKTG properties and regional sites
