AVENTA is seeking a Global Mobility Assistant based in Milan to organize international staff deployments and ensure compliance with safety, visa, and travel policies. The role focuses on coordinating travel for offshore crews and managing documentation and support during assignments.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in Italian and English, has strong Excel and Office skills, and can handle high-pressure logistics challenges in a demanding industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel administration, logistics coordination, or project support in Oil & Gas, Marine, or similar industries.

Responsabilités

• International Travel Coordination: manage end-to-end travel logistics for offshore crews and remote-site personnel.
• Expense Administration: review and process travel expense claims with projects finance teams.
• On-Assignment Support: serve as main contact for deployed staff, handling last-minute changes.
• Documentation Management: keep personnel files, contract end-dates, and work permits up to date.
