Job summary

VOLKSWAGEN BANK GMBH in Milan seeks a Client Management Specialist Sr to support and manage local IT infrastructure and workplace environments. You will act as the HQ liaison, coordinate rollout activities, and ensure alignment with corporate IT standards.

Responsibilities include incident/maintenance planning, lifecycle management of IT equipment, and effective collaboration with vendors and business stakeholders. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate central requirements to local actions.
• Strong communication with technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local point of contact for HQ IT teams for infrastructure-related activities, maintenance, technical changes and projects.
• Manage and coordinate local IT infrastructure activities, ensuring alignment with corporate IT standards and HQ requirements.
• Coordinate the local implementation of HQ-driven maintenance activities, rollouts, upgrades and IT projects.
• Support the IT Services Manager in the planning and coordination of local infrastructure initiatives.
• Support lifecycle management of IT equipment from purchasing to end-of-life.
